Recreation Programs Scholarships
The return of youth programs by the Albany Recreation and Community Services Department provided a wonderful opportunity for APAL to provide scholarships for community members.
Kid Zones
APAL partnered with the Albany Recreation and Community Services Department to enhance “kid zones” at various events. The giant blocks that create an Imagination Playground Area were donated by APAL to provide a fun activity for our little ones.
High School Scholarships
Each spring APAL awards a scholarship to a student from an Albany high school who will be starting college or other post high school training from an accredited institution in following academic year. Please see the APAL Scholarships page for guidelines and an application.
